From sketch to scratch
Each piece starts out as a playful sketch on paper, where I'm able to plan out intricate designs.

Quality over Quantity
Commercial demand for desserts has caused bakeries to lose the love and care that this craft requires. However, there is no shortcut to making a truly well made dessert. We devote extra time into fine tuning each detail. From the hand sculpted petals and long rest times, to the sourcing of high quality ingredients, every detail is given much attention.

Science Based
There is a rich world of chemistry behind dessert making. Here, we use pastry science to formulate recipes that honor the ingredients used, not overwhelm them.
